HAIRMOBB RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HairMobb, we are committed to providing luxury-quality hair extensions and premium customer service. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, please carefully review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
By purchasing from HairMobb, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ALL SALES POLICY

Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, all HairMobb hair extension products are considered final sale unless otherwise stated within this policy.
We do not offer refunds on:
• installed hair
• worn hair
• opened hair products
• custom-colored units
• custom orders
• sale items
• clearance products
• gift cards
• altered products

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

HairMobb may approve exchanges ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
• Request submitted within 3 business days of delivery
• Hair has NOT been installed, worn, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or altered
• Original security ties/seals remain fully intact
• Original packaging is included
• Product remains in original condition
• Exchange request is approved by HairMobb after inspection
HairMobb reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet eligibility requirements.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

For sanitary and quality-control purposes, HairMobb does NOT accept returns or exchanges on products that show signs of:
• installation or wear
• brushing/combing
• lace cutting
• coloring/bleaching
• chemical processing
• odor exposure (smoke, perfume, pets, etc.)
• washing or conditioning
• tampering with security seals
• improper handling
• product manipulation
Any product returned in unacceptable condition will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

TAMPER-PROOF SECURITY POLICY

All HairMobb products include tamper-proof security measures to protect product integrity and customer safety.
Removing security ties, tags, seals, or packaging automatically voids eligibility for returns or exchanges.
No exceptions.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact HairMobb within 24 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
• order number
• detailed description of issue
• clear photos/videos of product and packaging
Approved claims may qualify for:
• replacement product
• exchange
• store credit
HairMobb reserves the right to investigate all claims before approval.

SAME-DAY PICKUP ORDERS

Customers must inspect same-day pickup orders immediately upon receiving products.
Once products leave the pickup location, all sales are considered final unless approved otherwise by management.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HairMobb reserves the right to issue store credit instead of refunds in certain situations.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION

HairMobb actively monitors fraudulent activity and chargeback abuse.
To protect our business:
• all orders are documented before shipment
• tracking confirmation is retained
• high-value orders may require signature confirmation
• fraud claims may be disputed with supporting evidence
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• order bans
• account restrictions
• legal action if necessary

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once fulfillment or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom or preorder items may not qualify for cancellation.

By purchasing preorder items, customers acknowledge and accept potential production or shipping delays.
Preorder cancellations may be limited once production begins.
